THIS week Diary Editor Dianne Bourne caught up with 18-year-old checkout operator Gema Storey, from Wigan, to find out about her cool summer style.
How would you describe your style?
Girly and glamorous.
Where did you buy today's outfit and how much did it cost?
Sunglasses: Primark, £2.50
Earrings: Atlas in Leigh, £3
Top: New Look, £4
Belt: Primark, £2.50
Skirt: Primark, £8
Shoes: Primark, £6
Handbag: Harrods, £25
Who is your style icon?
Paris Hilton because she's really girly and glam and also Victoria Beckham for her classic look.
Name your favourite shops.
Primark, River Island and Topshop.
What's your best ever buy?
Probably this skirt I'm wearing because it can be quite casual but I can also dress it up for a night out.
What's your biggest fashion mistake?
My tracksuit bottoms and trainers with my hair tied into pigtails.
How much do you usually spend on clothes each month?
About £80 to £100.
What item of clothing can't you live without?
My flat shoes. I just can't walk in heels!
