Post office armed robbery fails

TWO men left fled empty-handed after trying to a post office in Stockport today (Wednesday).
The men approached the postmaster and postmistress at the Stofckport Road office in Romiley at about 10am and demanded cash while brandishing a hammer and machete.
They were lucky to find one still open!
Anyway, best wishes to the Postmaster and Postmistress after their very unpleasant and frightening experience.
