its dreadful what this young mas was convicted of. however, there is sometimes little or no help to those just out of prison. This lad was only 21. Why did he do this?? people are going to be angry, but eventually he will be released, what a waste of his young life. Will there be help for him all the way through his sentence? As a crown court judge i dont think so.

I dont know whether that the right attidude to be throwing around. I feel that the community was let down by the justice service. Ben needed to be monited and have support on realease from prision and he had none. I feel the bigger picture needs to be addresed and people dont kill for no reason, they have underlying issues and if you knew the faimiley and Ben you might have a better understanding. I also give the Ross familey my sympathy but this will continue to happen day in day out if the system does not change.

He's been found Guilty, 11/11/05. I hope this evil person rots in prision for life. My deepest sympathies goes out to the family of the victim.
