Convicted robber denies brutal Disley murder
Kirsty Elleray9/11/2005
A CONVICTED criminal from Disley who is accused of bludgeoning a woman to death only three days after he was released from custody, has denied any part in the attack.
I dont know whether that the right attidude to be throwing around. I feel that the community was let down by the justice service. Ben needed to be monited and have support on realease from prision and he had none. I feel the bigger picture needs to be addresed and people dont kill for no reason, they have underlying issues and if you knew the faimiley and Ben you might have a better understanding. I also give the Ross familey my sympathy but this will continue to happen day in day out if the system does not change.
