Further ban for GP who used penknife to reach pacemaker

A GP from Bramhall who used a borrowed penknife to remove a dead woman's pacemaker from her chest in front of her horrified family, has been suspended for another year.

   Is this man still claiming his full salary? If so, are the NHS just keeping him suspended until he can draw his nice fat pension... meanwhile while they pay out all that money, I'm still on a waiting list for an operation to my knee.
