‘It was always going to be death for Saddam’
Peter Devine8/11/2006
EXPRESS
A BRAMHALL expert on international justice was enlisted to work with judges on the trial of ousted Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein - and his verdict was that the judges made the right decision.
Iraq was like a lions den, but with a tiger in it, both animals wanted to eat each other but the introduction of a lion tamer with a big stick (Sadam) meant they were both kept under control by somebody they both feared. unfortunately what we're going to do is hang the lion tamer and leave the animals to each each other.

He was alway's going to get the death pen, with Bush behind it, it was not going to be anything else. What Saddam did was not as worst as what the Israelies are doing in Palastine, perhaps if israel wasn't up bush's arse, then america would in israel like they were in iraq. Bush has interferred in the Soveriegn state of Iraq too much. Saddam was President of Iraq, therefore cannot be held responsible for the people under him.
