Mystery as man fights for life

DETECTIVES have issued a picture of a man who is fighting for life in intensive care in a bid to find out how he came by his injuries.
Timothy Walker, 31, was found collapsed on the floor on Old Chapel Street, Edgeley, on February 12 at 9pm suffering from a fractured skull.
An ambulance rushed him to Stepping Hill Hospital, where he remains.
Officers have now appealed for information to establish how Timothy, who lives in Edgeley, sustained his injuries and have issued his photograph and description.
He is white, of slim build with a shaven head and was wearing a navy blue and beige 'Air Walk' jacket, black basketball top and white shoes. He was also carrying a black Adidas drawstring bag.
