Concern over missing teenager

POLICE are becoming concerned about the welfare of a 16-year-old girl with Stockport connections who has been missing from home for more than three weeks.

Hayley Cowan was last seen on Sunday 20 July on Carshalton Road, Blackpool.

Hayley is described as 5ft 6ins tall with shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes and of a slim build. It is not known what she was wearing.

Police have received information that she could be in Portsmouth, however there was an unconfirmed sighting of Hayley in the Bolton area about a week ago. She also has links to the Stockport area.
