ANTHONY Pilkington has spoken of his delight at signing a new contract to keep him with the Hatters.
Having scored his sixth goal of the season against Bradford City, Pilkington (left) celebrated by putting pen to paper on a deal which will keep him at Edgeley Park until the summer of 2010.
Pilkington told www.stockportcounty.com: "I got offered the contract in January when I was doing quite well so I’m very pleased to have signed it."
Having signed from Atherton Collieries in 2006/07, Pilkington has notched six goals in 22 appearances this season as County continue their push for a League Two play-off place.
