Young squad for Gloucester trip

SALE Sharks' director of rugby Philippe Saint Andre has named his starting line up for Friday's game at Gloucester.

"We are again without the majority of our first team squad due to international call ups and injuries," said Saint-Andre. "The game offers some of our younger members of the squad the chance to prove themselves on the big stage."

Team: Josh Taumalolo, Chris Rhys Jones, Jos Baxendell, Robert Todd, Steve Hanley, Byron Hayward, Sililo Martens, Stuart Turner, Jonny Roddam, Barry Stewart, Chris Day, Dean Schofield, Pierre Caillet, Magnus Lund, Peter Anglesea. Replacements: Bryan Redpath, Richard Wigglesworth, James Moore, Hugh Perrett, Sebastien Bozzi, Martin Halsall, John Carter and Neil Dowridge.
