Happy New Year as Payne arrives

TONGAN centre John Payne will finally arrive in England over the New Year weekend to begin his Sale Sharks career.
Payne, who has 10 caps for his country, will join up with the Sharks squad on Monday, January 3.
"John will have to prove his fitness when he arrives under the watchful eye of Nick Johnston, and I expect him to be challenging for a first team spot in the very near future," said Sharks head coach Philippe Saint-Andre.
