WHEN it comes to Welshmen there are more than a few to pick from at Sharks this season. But with Sale taking on Neath-Swansea Ospreys in the Heineken Cup on Friday night the Express decided to go straight to the top and consult former Wales rugby captain, and Sharks head coach, Kingsley Jones.

"Ospreys will be billing this match as Wales versus England.

It doesn't make a difference that we have a mix of nationalties including Welsh and French - they see it as beating the English.

Everyone wants to play in the Heineken Cup whatever team you are playing or wherever it is.

But it is good to go back home, it gives you an opportunity to say 'I'm still alive and I'm still playing well'.

There are a few lads who will be hoping to do that in Swansea.

Elvis Seveali'i is Samoan but he played at Ospreys, while Ben Evans and Lee Thomas are Welsh lads and will want to put their hands up.

We're all feeling really positive after Sunday's win against London Irish.

It was our best performance for a long time, we were very dangerous in attack and watching it I wasn't afraid, we weren't under threat. Our internationals were fresh and hungry after a rest during the EDF Energy Cup games.

But a balance is required for the team, we can't get too cocky.

We need to take that performance to Ospreys and if we can up it by 10 or 15 per cent I think they'll struggle."
